Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev on March 23, 1931 met their destiny for the first time. If history has to be believed - it was not a dreadful end of three fearless lives but begining of new romantic definition for what is called Passion - Passion for the nation!
I wonder how powerful these people would have been that nothing could stop them? not even death! It the passion!
We as individuals are always challenged for what we are - whether in your professional life or personal life -- no one in interested in what you actually are. Your boss will never believe in what you say, because he has his own philosophy behind everything he does and makes you do it. Your friends and relatives have their own set of definitions for everything. If you have a VISION and you are passionate about it, you will give your best to make it happen. However, people around you will never believe in you -- WHY? because its your vision!!
We always see what we want to see. And other don't want to see what you want to see. The only way to justify your vision is to do it! If you are convinced that what you have envisioned is right, don't keep second thoughts, PLAN your actions well and do it. People aroud you will try hard to prove you wrong, at every step, at every mistake you do, they will warn you, laugh at you, threaten you and console you, criticize you....its not necessary that the people who are not nice with you are only those who can stop you; but the people who are nice with you will also try to stop you in their own way -- nicely.
It certainly does not mean that you should not listen to them, keep an ear for them and another to listen to what you heart says and then evaluate using your brain -- What do I need to realize my dream? What tools, support, platform will I need at each step to make it happen. What are all roadblocks I am going to face and what is my RISK?
Keep your FOCUS on what you do, because you need to be PERSISTENT in your efforts and PUSH yourself everytime you deviate from your GOALS.
And above all keep your PASSION alive, because there will be challenges and there will be situations where you will have a CHOICE to quit or march forward! You have to make a choice, make a decision and stick to it -- no matter what! and there will be a day when you have achieved what you wanted - because in long term, we always become what we actually wanted to be. Our character is our destiny -- Make your dreams your characters and you will reach where you want to be --- The three heroes of our history had a CHARACTER - a passion to sacrifice lives with a smile and engrave their names forever in the history of Indian Struggle for Freedom!
Every day its our STRUGGLE FOR EXISTENCE, as per Darwin, and the FITTEST WILL SURVIVE and I know you don't want to be a victim - but a survivor! So keep your passion alive and the FAITH in yourself, so that no matter what today brings, TOMORROW WILL BE YOURS!
